Navè Orgad is Director of Service Innovation and Service Level Agreements at Konecranes Port Services.

In this capacity, he leads the service transformation journey of Konecranes Port Solutions by fostering innovation, digitalization and the evolution towards outcome-based services. 

Before joining Konecranes, he matured more than fifteen years of experience in large industrial companies such as OTIS, GE Oil & Gas and Emerson, where he held roles of increasing responsibility in driving service and aftermarket growth, with specific focus on performance-based and outcome-based service agreements, as well as the development of IoT solutions. 

 He holds a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano (Italy) and an MBA from Bocconi School of Management (Italy).
