With more than 6 years of experience in Structural and Mechanical engineering, Roman is managing a team of engineers and transferring the customer's needs all over the world into the succesfully solved engineering problems. 

In addition to planning of the projects resources and increasing efficiency of the team, he is deeply involved in the engineering process by solving a complex problems daily with focusing on the Fatigue, Structural stability and Non-linear behavior of the structures.

Being an expert in the FEA calculations and verifications according to different industry standards, Roman and his team have succesgully finished more than 50 projects over the past 2 years in the Heavy Lifting, Civil, Machinery, Shipbuilding, Automotive and other industries.
